When consuming Alcohol, you must remain responsible.

Alcohol consumption, in many peoples eyes is a sinful thing. I can relate to that if you drink and drive. Do to that, we have many non-alcohol groups, therefore the Law Enforcement is very aggressive at enforcing Driving Under the Influence (DUI). The officers of the law are supposed to have a reason for pulling you over. They like when your license plate light isn’t bright enough, tinted front windows, or something hanging from the rear view mirror. Anything to pull you over to see if any alcohol may be present.
What it boils down to is that if you get a DUI, it generally will cost you $15k and you loose your license for a year. It also follows you, on your record/insurance for 7-10 years.

On the other side of the coin is that (other than the law): if you cause property damage, bodily injury, or death, your conscience is going to follow you, and other peoples consciences will follow you, the rest of your life. That is why the enforcement has become so strict.

This isn’t any trivial matter and if you’re going to indulge, you must do so responsibly!!!

What is it to be “IMPAIRED”?
The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language: Fourth Edition.
“Functioning poorly or incompetently: a driver so tired as to be impaired”
(If you fall asleep, you had better have “lost control” because falling asleep is worse than a DUI!)

Every time you receive a renewal notice from the DMV for your Vehicle or License, enclosed is an “ALCOHOL IMPAIRMENT CHART”. This is to give you a “fuzzy” feeling of where you may stand under, the qty of alcohol consumed, per body weight, per time period.
You can get a Breath-alyszer to give you some thought about it but.... I've had many different brands and they're all over the place on their readings, and become more inaccurate with use. (they aren't accurate to begin with)!
The Grey Area can be treated the same as the Black Area, if you show signs of being Impaired (Sleepy, Delayed Reactions, Poor Judgement).
Your Health? It has been published in a medical journal that, when you reach a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) above “.047", your Liver cannot process the alcohol any faster, and the problems start to compound with damage to other parts of your body.
No matter what size your body, the Liver can only process One Ounce of Alcohol, an Hour.

Breathalyzers are an excellent tool to give you a better “fuzzy” feeling, if your ready to take on the responsibility of driving, and being conscientious of others, and your health.
They also make great gifts.
“The Solution to Pollution is Dilution”. For every glass of wine you drink, you should drink at least another glass of water.

Headaches from drinking can be from the dhydration and the brain cells begin to shrink. They are saying ouch, give me more water.
Always finish drinking, with drinking a lot of water.
